I published 433 bits of content (in 2 months)

For my new project i’m going in hard on social media. Over the last couple of months i’ve posted 433 bits of content. In this post I share how I did it (and how you can too!)

Summary

I’m taking a social media first approach for my new project, Estepona.life.

The website is all about my home town of Estepona in Spain. Estepona is a trend right now that I want to get on..

I’m trying to position myself as the goto destination for everything related to visiting and living in this amazing town.

The website is almost ready, but before it goes live I wanted to build a healthy social media following.

And it’s growing very nicely, by simply posting to multiple platforms, every single day.

Here’s how I come up with content and publish it consistently.

Creating the actual content

Maybe it’s easier for because I live in my niche, literally.

To get ideas for content I walk around my town taking videos and photos of everything that I see that’s beautiful, interesting or useful.

I’m sure you can probably apply to this most niches – surround yourself with your niche and capture it on your phone!

By doing this I end up with loads of things that I can use.

Once I return home I edit the videos using Canva.

It’s really easy to use. They even have loads of built-in templates, graphics and music to make it even easier!

I’m mostly creating short-form content at the moment as there are so many platforms you can post it on; YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok!

If you’re creating long-form videos (I suggest you do!) you can easily repurpose them into shorts. I’ve got a guide on exactly how I do it here.

Speaking of posting, you can make it easy with the right tools…

Make posting your content effortless

When you think about posting everyday to five or more social networks it can feel overwhelming!

It doesn’t need to be.

If you have the right tools you can easily streamline the entire process.

I use Buffer.

Buffer

It’s a tool that’s been around for a while and I’ve used it for many years.

I like it because it’s easy, quick and is backed by good support.

With buffer you hook up you social media accounts and then you can post to them simultaneously.

You can also schedule your content so you can get it all done in one go.

It really takes the stress out of social and makes it fun!

And that’s it!

Create content – post content every day!

I’m seeing some really good growth across all my socials. Instagram is growing the fastest but the others aren’t too far behind.
